Relaxing Stay with Friendly Staff
Enjoyed a lovely stay with friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. Breakfast offered a great mix of local and Western dishes. The serene pond view from our room was picturesque. Remember to explore the nearby markets for delicious meals, as onsite dining isn't available.

Staff very friendly, hotel great and clean. Great value for money. Off the main road in great lakes style setting. Room very clean. Highly recommend just 1 km from town though.Wooden old style villas rustic and very quiet. Manager great. Aussie Paul Jordan
Distance from town if anything )1km) but you get quietness though.

this establishment had no redeeming features whatsoever
Our room, number 10, was an unlined wooden shack acccessed by a steep stair (ladder) The accommodation consisted of a very small bedroom containing two hard beds with inadequate coverings for the cool Luang Prabang evening. The tiny bathroom was lined in rough concrete, not a tile to behold. We could have had a conversation with the people next door and very nearly did. The whole complex centered round a stagnant pond. This is lower end backpackers accommodation which is readily available in L/P for about $5 per night not $35 as charged.

A tranquil hideaway with charm
Villa Oasis feels like a serene retreat where the attentive staff always went the extra mile, even delivering refreshing fruit juices to our room. The lush garden setting complements the inviting swimming pool perfectly. Situated just a short stroll from local markets, we enjoyed both the proximity to the vibrant town and the peaceful ambiance of our room overlooking the pond.
Note that the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner on-site, which could be inconvenient for some travelers.

tranquil setting, complimentary afternoon juices, decent bicycles available
Room could benefit from bedside lamps for better lighting!!! Shower pressure quite weak, and bathroom had a small leak that required constant water management!!! A little more attention to details could really enhance the experience!!!

The suite was spotless and fabulous, perfect for my needs. Exceptionally comfortable beds, air conditioning and tea/coffee where a nice touch. The location was great and decent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Mount Phousi...

Had a great time at Villa Oasis! The cute staff, and the breakfast spread was delicious, especially the fresh orange juice. The only downside was the steep stairs to our room, but the tranquil pond view made up for it!

While the air backing up in the plumbing system made for a good scent reminiscent of a sewage treatment facility, the icy cold showers were just extra refreshing, right? I was looking forward to a room upgrade for my very nice, royal presence here. Shame I wasn't met with the red-carpet welcome I expected. Absolutely disappointing.
